Turkish Lamb


Ingredients: Spiced Lamb Casserole (78%) (Vegetables (Tomato, Sweet Potato, Carrot, Onion), Lamb (19%), Water, Cooked Lentils (7%) (Water, Lentils), Thickener (1442), Wine (Preservative (220)), Garlic, Beef Stock, Canola Oil, Vegetable Protein Extract, Sea Salt, Sugar, Spices (0.5%)), Brown Rice And Chia Seeds (22%) (Brown Rice, Water, Chia Seeds, Rice Bran Oil).

Contains: Sulphites (Wine)

Heating Instructions:

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Gently squeeze pouches to separate contents.
  2. Make a 2cm tear into the top of each pouch.
  3. Stand pouches upright in the microwave. The rice and chia pouch, heat on high for 30 seconds. The meat pouch, heat on high for 2 minutes or until hot.
  4. Carefully remove pouches from the microwave.
  5. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking time to adjust accordingly.

Stove Top

  1. Gently squeeze pouches to separate contents.
  2. Stand the unopened pouch in boiling water and heat for 6 minutes or until hot before serving.

Serving suggestions:

For a lighter meal, half the contents and combine with extra vegetables. Save the other half of contents for your next meal!
